From the North and North-East via Surgères

	From the North or North-East (Nantes; Poitiers) you arrive at Surgères. At the South of the town at the round-about take the D911 towards Rochefort. At the signs to St Germain de Marencennes carry straight on towards Rochefort – do not go into the village of Saint Germain. You arrive first at the hamlet of Étourneau and then immediately afterwards at Les Ances. Our entrance is on the right after the Auberge de la Devise.
	The entrance to Le Moulin des Ances is in the parking area of the bus stop between the neighbour’s hedge and an electricity post. Go straight ahead along the drive shared with our neighbours (impasse du moulin) and through our gates. YOU HAVE ARRIVED !

From the South and South-East via Rochefort

	From the South or South-East (Bordeaux; Royan; Saintes; Angoulême) you arrive at Rochefort. At the North of the town take the D911 towards Surgères and Niort. After Muron and Les Bugaudières you arrive at Les Ances.
	As soon as you arrive in Les Ances and cross the river bridge you see Le Moulin des Ances on the left.
	Our entrance is the first on the left. Cross the road through the second opening in the central reservation. The entrance to Le Moulin des Ances is in the parking area of the bus stop between the neighbour’s hedge and an electricity post. Go straight ahead along the drive shared with our neighbours (impasse du moulin) and through our gates. YOU HAVE ARRIVED !
